Heather brings deep experience in account leadership and strategic thinking, developed over a career at award-winning agencies. She has led work for a wide range of global and North American brands, including Miller Lite, Kraft Heinz, Credit Karma, Athleta, and BC Hydro. Known for her collaborative approach, Heather builds strong client relationships from day one, ensuring every project is grounded in a clear understanding of brand needs and brought to life with distinctive, impactful creative.
Aaron Harowitz

Aaron has spent more than 15 years as a Creative Director, both at an award-winning agency, and as chief creative at Walter Craft Caesar, a beverage company that he co-founded. Aaron’s work spans a range of industries, including; CPG, hospitality, fashion, tech, sports, and environmental sustainability. Aaron is a National Post best selling author, a decidedly average golfer, and holds degrees from UBC, and ECUAD.
Warren Zelman

Over the past 15 years, Warren has worked as an award-winning commercial photographer, servicing clients spanning multiple sectors, including and now specializing in the natural resource industry. His unique style of documentary photography results in polished, narrative based imagery that highlights his client’s core messages. Warren’s super strength is his innovative and resourceful thinking; he is not afraid to think outside of the box which most often leads to new and better ways of doing things.
